Super Easy Whole Crock Pot Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1-5 lb Whole Chicken
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 2 Carrots
- 4 Stalks of Celery
- 1-16 oz. Chicken Broth-Low Sodium Preferred
- 4 cloves of Garlic, Finely Chopped
- 2-Rosemary Sprigs
- 1-Tsp Ground Pepper
Instructions
- Remove the giblets from the chicken
- Place whole chicken broth into the Slow Cooker/Crockpot
- Coarsely chop vegetables, placing them in the bottom of your slow cooker
- Put the chicken in your slow cooker
- Sprinkle spices and herbs to taste
- Cook on low for four to six hours (time depends upon your slow cooker)
